Week 2 is here! Apple-Nectarine-Strawberry is delicious! I tried it and think the name is a bit misleading because the parsley is pretty prominent. I would have never thought to juice parsley, but it really wasn’t bad and disguised with the other fruits, the drink as a whole was great. Apparently, parsley is really good for you. According to The World’s Healthiest Foods, the myristicin or its volatile oils inhibits tumor formation and neutralizes carcinogens. It is an antioxidant and high in both vitamin A and C. Pretty powerful stuff!
- 3 green apples
- 1 nectarine
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley
- 1 cup strawberries
